2nd and 3rd grade had a great hike for Texas Arbor Day at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Berry! We looked at trees, erosion, animal tracks and even got to take home some "tree cookies".

Hedley ISD yearbook staff is teaming up with Donley County 4H to gather non-perishable items for their food drive. Hedley's goal is to raise 500lbs of food by Friday, November 7th. Please drop your food by the school or send it with your student! (Please check expiration dates!)

Learning never tasted so good! Mrs. Wilkinson’s students followed the recipe step-by-step, (we almost missed the sugar) then celebrated with waffles topped with homemade syrup. 🧇 Teamwork + directions + lots of laughs = delicious results.

The Scholastic Book Fair officially comes to a close today at 1:00pm. We want to thank you for supporting your child and fostering their love to read books. We had a successful week and are already looking forward to next year! Don't forget that your child can still enter a character pumpkin until next Thursday. Hedley ISD will have our BOOK FAIR next week! We are so excited to be able to offer this to the students, staff and community. We will have shopping available from 7:20am to 4:00pm. Parents, students, grandparents and community members are welcome! We will take cash or cards, or there is an "eWallet option" that allows students to shop cash free!
